First of all, you gave us significant peace of mine when you mentioned you had seen Javier’s work before and found him to be detail oriented and focused quality. It was a big help that you know the local players.  You inspired a lot of confidence with both your industry knowledge and your local business knowledge and experience.
We found your approach very methodical and with meticulous attention to detail. I felt like you paid attention to both the details and the big picture. I respect your opinion that it’s not a big risk to close with our open punch list, that it’s mostly details and not show-stoppers.
Your report was fantastic. Very through and lots of photos and videos to document the findings. We were amazed you could compile such a lengthy and detailed report so quickly and we really appreciated that.
And finally, we liked your basic business practices, such as ability to meet our schedule, confirming the appointment the day before, being on time and follow-through on promised deliverables.
Overall, we felt like we got a great inspection and report and good value for the price.

Your inspection was very thorough. This is one of the better inspection reports that I have seen in over 30 years of home ownership. The defects you identified would likely have gone unnoticed until a problem arose at somepoint much later. The cost of this inspection was well worth the peace of mind associated with buying a new home in another country with limited knowledge of the construction practices.​

Gary, I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the job you did with your inspection of Casa Z. Because your reports were so thorough I was able to proceed with confidence in the purchase of the house.
